Downloading your purchases

Once processed, your browser should automatically take you to your link to download. You can always find and download your previous purchases in your account.

Downloading previous purchases

To download an order you placed on a different device or an old order, please head to your account > downloads or click here.

On an iPad or tablet

If you purchase and download straight to your iPad, you can open your planner or stickers the same as a laptop/computer. Follow the video below for a quick, easy guide to opening your files.

Please note, goodnotes files made by our designers should not be unzip. All other files (individual PNGs and PNG sheets) should be unzipped. To do so, click on the file once downloaded and it will automatically unzip.
