No need to unzip the Goodnotes file, just go to Goodnotes Documents screen, click New > Import, then select the Goodnotes zip file you downloaded. It will open as a new document in Goodnotes. To use the pre-cut stickers, just copy the sticker you would like and paste it in your planner or document. 

To use the png files, unzip the png file and use the images in Goodnotes, Notability, NoteShelf, or any other app you prefer.

To use the printables, print out at home, cut, and paste into notebooks and planners.
